Cash Grab

Are you quick enough to grab all the cash?

Quick Facts:

2 -6 Players

15 minutes

Easy Difficulty

Objective: Capture all the cash cards in the deck.

Deal the entire deck face down, one pile for each player. Players may square their pile, but must not look at or rearrange.

1. Set Up

2. How to Play

In turn, each player flips over the top card from their pile onto a central pile. Players must flip the card away from them (so they can’t see it before it lands). The player to first slap the pile when one of the following combinations shows up, takes all the cash cards and puts them on the bottom of their pile.

Slap Combinations

  • A pair (for example, $20, $20)

  • A sandwich (for example, $100, $50, $100)

  • All the dead men (six cards in a row that represent all the bills, regardless of their order, for example: $20, $1, $50, $100, $10, $5)

  • A $2 joker (if included)

If a player slaps the pile when they should not have, they must pay the penalty by taking their top card and placing it on the bottom of the central pile

Limbo: When a player’s pile is empty, they have a chance to “slap back in” when one of the combinations occur.  However, if they slap incorrectly—they are out of the game.
